So... I have been thinking, it's probably time to start filling you all in on the things I do that make me a WAHM. I will always be a mother first. That's just how it is. My jobs are important, but my kids are most important. Thankfully all of my jobs are very family oriented and focused that family comes first.  I started my It Works! So yesterday was the Ben's birthday! The BIG 2-9! He's one year closer to Ole Man status! I met the Ben when he was freshly 21... This was our first summer together. Up North at his family's cabin. Summer of 2006 and... now's he the BIG 2-9! For his birthday, I'm making him these wonderful cookies!  Find the recipe HERE! On a somber note, today we said goodbye to a dear Stallion, the daddy to both of my Geldings, Barons Flame Redeem and Gotta Be A King...  He was 29 years young. Lots of fond memories with this Ole Man I was 2 years old when this was taken. This is me and my grandpa on Bear. I'll miss this fella!  Until next time, friends

"You're so lucky you get to work from home." "I wish I could work from home, I would get so much more time with my kids." These are two phrases I hear all too often. The truth of the matter is, working from home with 2 kids is HARD! I know just how hard it is to be a WOHM, which is why when we realized we could make it work for me to be a SAHM, I jumped on the opportunity. But then you realize that you don't have a supporting income and you want to do something more.  So I started It Works! in February 2012. I am still an IWG Distributor, I just work when I want to work, which isn't much due to lack of time right now.  In November 2012, I was given the opportunity to become a Sales Rep for Horses Magazine and I jumped on it! I had tried so hard to get a position for Horses Magazine in 2009, so of course I jumped on it! We were still TTC after Loss, but this gave me a new focus and a new hope for the New Year.  I LOVE my job. Neve...
